spacious room convenient location breakfast crowding coffee queue
the executive room lounge access with one king bed was spacious. i found the location convenient (it really is) and close to amenities.
i found breakfast very crowded. i noticed queues formed for the coffee machine (only one machine seemed insufficient) and some delays occurred in preparation.

A Good Stay
wheelchair accessibility excellent location friendly staff
I enjoyed the wheelchair accessibility, a thoughtful touch for my daughter, this hotel provided us a seamless experience. The location was excellent, placing us right in the heart of everything so we could get to all the important places. The staff were friendly, their warm smiles made every interaction wonderful.
The food prices seemed a bit high. Though thankfully, many lovely cafes were nearby.

The rooms feature cleanliness, presenting a comfortable and neat environment. The beds offer restful sleep, after a long day exploring. Modern conveniences add to the seamless experience within the rooms.

The breakfast had a good selection, it provided many options for the visitors! There are also many local cafes nearby, giving guests many choices. Carlos at the bar was attentive, he.

The swimming pool was clean. Though a little cool, it was still a refreshing benefit. Saunas added to the experience, it offers a relaxing end to the day. The hotel has a very nice spa, a bonus after long hours.

office building chargeable water
The location was acceptable as a central jumping-off point.
I was disappointed to find that my room faced directly into an office building. Maintaining privacy required keeping the curtains closed. I requested additional bottles of water, but was told they would be chargeable, something I found quite cheap for the price I paid.

food variety late swimming
the breakfast offered a nice variety of foods. i was thankful the swimming pool was open until 11 pm. i appreciated that the location was close to shops and sightseeing spots.
one very slight annoyance was that i received rooms next to each other , but they were not connected from the inside.

a balanced stay
excellent location rich breakfast fresh food dirty tables dereliction duty filthy experience
the location was excellent. it was at the town center. there was a subway right next to the hotel, very convenient. the breakfast was rich. everything tasted fresh and delicious.
i found no interest in cleaning tables at the executive lounge. there was total dereliction of duty by the staff there. it made me question the commitment of the management. the experience was quite filthy.
